Hide documents, video, etc INSIDE jpg image files

 

 

• Prepare two files, one is a jpg image, other is the thing you want to hide. Then put the two into C:.

(if you want to hide 2 or more files, just zip them. )

 

• Click "Start", "Run...". Type in "cmd". Move to C: by typing "cd "

 

• Be careful, this is the most important step. Type "copy /b myimage.jpg + filetohide.doc final_product.jpg".

 

( Where

myimage.jpg = the name of your jpg file name

filetohide.doc = the name of the file(s) you want to hide

[final_product.jpg = the name of the final product )

 

• Normally, you open the jpg file, just the image will be shown. To view back the hidden file, just rename the file type to the file type of the hidden file.

( e.g. if you hide a pdf file, rename the type to .pdf )

 

You should zip the hidden object first before hiding as some of the file type only work when doing this.

 

Send Fax throuh E-mail

Use of TPC FAX.

 

Just type the following in the 'To:' bar :

" remote-printer.recipient_name@fax_number.iddd.tpc.int "

 

- recipient_name is the recipent's name, e.g. Peter, Mary

- fax_number is the fax number of the recipent, remember to add the country code

( e.g. for USA, use 1, for HK, use 852 )

 

Search MP3 files in Google

 

In Google, the famous search engine,

type "-inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" mp3 "TYPE THE NAME OF THE ARTISTS OR SONGS HERE"

 

But remember, you must check that those songs are copyrighted or not.

 

Printscreen in Windows Media Player

Normally, you cannot printscreen in Videos in Windows Media Player.

But here provides two methods.

 

• Easiest way: Hold "Ctrl + I" and save the image.
• Another way: Click Tools - Options... - Performance - Advanced, in the "Video Acceleration, deselect all the options, and now you can take picture by pressing PrintScreen!

 

Reduce the memory usage of firefox when it is minimized

Did you discover than when you minimize Mozilla Firefox, it still uses a lot of memory ( about 20-30MB )? But there is a way to reduce it to <10MB!

 

- In the link bar, type "about:config".

- It will show a lot of data.

- Right click on any data, then select "New" → "Boolean".

- Enter the word "config.trim_on_minimize", click enter.

- Choose "true" and click enter again.

 

- Now right click on any data, select "New" > "boolean".

- Enter the word "TRUE", then click enter, Choose true and cilck enter again.

 

- Restart Firefox, and it is done

• and paste it into the bar of the site. Then select the site you find the URL ( e.g. Youtube ) and click Enter.

• Visit http://kej.tw/flvretriever/.
• The method is just the similar to method.
• But this can work for Youtube and Google Video only.
